All international orders are shipped with UPS. In most European countries, UPS delivers to the nearest Service Point to ensure faster deliveries. Express orders will be sent to the given shipping address. Orders delivered outside the European Union are not inclusive of VAT and may incur import duties and taxes. 

Delivery time is only an estimation and not a guarantee. We do not take responsibility for orders stuck in transit or customs. Please note that all estimated delivery times are counted from when your order has been shipped. During high sales periods, our handling time can take up to 10 days.

Prices shown on our website for customers in the European Union are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside of the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT. For unclaimed packages, all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties, will be debited upon the handling of the return.
